The Mock Embassy program is the capstone of the Black Diplomats Academy experience. It gives participants the chance to step into the role of diplomats, policymakers, and negotiators in a simulated embassy environment. Through immersive role-play, negotiation labs, and global policy challenges, participants gain the confidence and skills to engage in real-world diplomacy.

About Diplomatic Horizons

The Mock Embassy is designed to provide participants with a safe yet realistic training ground to apply the knowledge they’ve gained. Each cohort is guided by mentors, experienced diplomats, and policy experts to simulate what it means to:

  • Draft policy briefs and official communications.

  • Represent a nation’s interests in international discussions.

  • Manage crises in fast-moving diplomatic scenarios.
