Through mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to real-world environments, participants gain the technical knowledge and confidence to excel in the modern digital economy.

Requirements List:
Ages 12–24
Identify as Black or of African descent
Reside in the Windsor region
No prior experience in cybersecurity or diplomacy required
Interested in tech, innovation, or international leadership
Available for hybrid participation
