About the Black Diplomats Academy
The Black Diplomats Academy (BDA) is a leadership incubator designed to equip young Black leaders with the skills, networks, and confidence to thrive in international diplomacy, governance, and policy. Through mentorship, experiential learning, and real-world simulations, participants gain practical experience that prepares them to influence change at home and abroad.

Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be currently attending or recently graduated (within 24 months) from a College/University program.
Identify as Black/African descent – Between the ages of 18 – 35 years old – Interest in Diplomatic and Public Sector Careers.
Available to participate in 4 hours of online module delivery/week.
